Ellis Miller founded Pleasant Wealth, LLC in 1998 with the notion that people don’t want their financial advisor to try to dazzle them or control them. Instead, people crave pleasant, straightforward conversations that make sense. To these conversations he brings a full bag of financial tools. He uses insurance, investment, and advisory licenses with a legal framework as an attorney. Ellis focuses on retirement income design and business succession. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctorate University of Kentucky Rosenburg College of Law.
Ellis and his wife, Rita, have four adult children and six grandchildren. They enjoy bicycling, traveling, and eating good food with good friends. And on other open nights when Ellis is not singing with the Cantate Singers, Rita and he play Scrabble. Rita wins about two thirds of the time, which has been a bit daunting for Ellis.
